Late Shri Patel Keshavlal Kacharalal was a pioneer who brought the authentic taste of Bombay-style street food to Ahmedabad. After experiencing Bombay’s renowned street food culture, he brought skilled karigars from Bombay and established his business at Manek Chowk, introducing Ahmedabad to authentic Bhajipav, Pizza, Sandwiches, and other Bombay-style delicacies. His vision and dedication laid the foundation for a legacy that continues to be cherished today.
Since 1972 – Where It All Began
Late Shri Patel Keshavlal Kacharalal traveled to Bombay (Mumbai), where he discovered the authentic taste and technique behind the city’s famous street food. Impressed by its quality and popularity, he brought skilled karigars from Bombay to Ahmedabad and established the business at Manek Chowk — introducing the city to authentic Bhajipav, Pizza, Sandwiches, and other Bombay-style fast food.
